Ideal candidates will possess a 2.1 or above, at least 300 UCAS points and GCSE, or equivalent, Maths & English at a minimum grade B. You need to be numerate, with the ability to analyse problems constructively, think clearly under pressure and demonstrate good inter-personal skills. Working as part of a team, building rapport with clients and having the confidence to use your initiative are the skills which we require, but most of all we need graduates with their wits about them.
