ABOUT THIS EMPLOYER

Teach First recruits on university campuses in search of the most talented graduates. During the autumn and spring, Teach First maintains a targeted presence through presentations and careers fairs, and runs specialist events to engage with undergraduates and graduates. Find out more about where we recruit in Events near you. Teach First, together with its education and leadership development training partners, aims to deliver high-quality accredited teacher training and recognised and respected leadership education. Training at Teach First is designed to be highly practical, for immediate application on the job and with a clear purpose. An external education training provider delivers the summer training for participants, with the aim of putting them on the path towards qualified teacher status.
