What do you do in your job?
I’m involved in a range of things at the moment. As I have only been here a few weeks, I’m still getting to grips with things. So far I have been responsible for reviewing projects and have been involved in programme planning and development. In the future, I will have a greater role in project management and consultation.
What was your motivation in applying?
I was looking for a large organisation that had a solid reputation for a range of services and high quality. I wanted to work at a company that would really let me get involved, and help me to improve my skills, and that offered a good range of jobs.
What do you enjoy about your job?
I would say the range of projects. I deal with high profile work as well as more local scale projects. Also, the range of people I work with – there are a lot of different people with different personalities. It’s pretty good fun!
