Over three years, you will be given the opportunity to understand how finance
supports our whole organisation. We will give you time off to study and pay for your
chosen professional qualification of either ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
During your first two 12-month placements, you will be assigned a mentor to
help you gain a solid grounding in financial accounting and business finance. This
will complement your studies by giving you practical experience of financial and
management accounting issues. After mastering the basics, you will then be ready to
focus your skills in a more specialist area. Our current finance graduates are working
in strategy, mergers and acquisitions and risk management.
If working abroad interests you, you will be pleased to hear that international
placements have been a core part of the finance scheme over the past few years,
with graduates having lived and worked in the US and Canada.
