Requirements:
- Experience of and enthusiasm for fundraising ? large donor organizations as well as from private sector/financial institutions
- Interest in and knowledge of climate change issues
- Has some understanding of / training in commercial & small business issues


The key responsibilities:
- Fundraising
- Reviewing business plans of potential investments for environmental sustainability
- Building and maintaining relationships with like-minded organizations


What the candidate will learn:
- Issues surrounding small, low carbon businesses in developing countries and low carbon technologies
- Will make contacts within public and private sector bodies through fundraising
- How to assess the strengths and weaknesses of business plans
