Enetrprise Feautured Employer

We might be an international car rental company with a multi-billion pound turnover. But more importantly, we're an industry-leading business that knows what to do with your talent. We don't want to nurture your expertise with a kettle or foster a positive working relationship between you and the photocopier. Why do that when we can teach you how to run a business and introduce you to senior level management? You'll learn everything you need to know, from Sales and Marketing to Customer Service and Finance...

Company Shell
Whatever the future holds we'll need ambitious graduates to help us tackle the energy challenge.
That's why we're looking for people from all sorts of backgrounds who can bring a fresh perspective to what we do.

We'll provide training, support and career choices to develop your potential. We'll get you working with some of the world's most accomplished problem solvers. And together we can help build a responsible energy future.

We recruit graduates into a variety of HR disciplines. Whether you focus on recruitment, performance management, learning and development or another specialist area, you can expect real diversity and challenge across the full HR spectrum. Whatever role you play, you need to be able to absorb information, analyse problems, make objective decisions and come up with ideas of your own. And with sensitivity and excellent influencing skills, you'll be capable of working as part of a successful team.

There are three ways to get a job with Shell. It's up to you to decide which one works best for you. And you'll be asked to select your preferred route during the application process.

Gourami Business Challenge is a six-day challenge for final year students, where you'll work as part of a team to develop a business plan for Shell in the fictional country of Gourami.

Alternatively, we run an Assessment Day where we'll explore your capacity to analyse critical issues, deal with change and identify and influence key stakeholders.

You can also experience Shell through a paid student internship, which can last anything from eight weeks up to a year, and gives you first-hand experience working with a global company.

Whichever path you take, you'll get a comprehensive onboarding programme when you arrive to help you settle into your new role. And our early career development programme will make sure you get off to a flying start.

There's plenty more about the roles, what we look for and how we can help you get more out of your career on our website. Think further. Visit www.shell.com/careers
