What is an 'ethical career'? The term covers a wide range of disciplines, from humanitarian work and campaigning to environmental consultancy. Here at Real World, we'll be exploring many of these career paths over the coming months, including a whole host of case studies from recent graduates who are actively pursuing careers with a conscience.

Green Heroes of the Fortnight
The University of St Andrews is holding a Green Week from 10th - 16th March 2008. The programme of events includes an ethical careers talk, a sustainable living fair, and a pub quiz.
