Exciting, beautiful and excellent quality reflect the inspiration of our products and the aspirations of our teams

Inspired? Now is the time to become part of our success...

Our teams are creative and expressive, spurring innovative ideas and suggestions across their teams on a daily basis. Our trainees are involved in discussions from day one and can help turn ideas into reality.

Trainees are integral to the work of our Buying and Merchandising teams, all of which are involved in the development of our Home and Fashion products. These exciting opportunities are challenging and require a high level of education or relevant experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to think commercially. You won't need a degree in fashion specifically, but you will need unlimited drive and ambition along with a passion for the fashion retail industry.

As a trainee you will be provided with a development manual to guide you through your training period. You will also receive on going relevant and unrivalled training combined with regular scheduled reviews.

Upon successful completion of your trainee programme you'll be seeking your first promotion as an Assistant where responsibilities and rewards will increase and tasks become even more challenging.

Trainee salary for Buying and Merchandising is £18,500.
