We are inviting graduates to take advantage of this unique opportunity to gain one year’s PAID work experience with the Mountbatten Internship Programme in New York starting March 2010.
The Mountbatten Institute
The Mountbatten Institute is a not-for-profit organization that administers paid, one-year internship programmes in New York for enthusiastic and skilled young graduates. The mission of the Mountbatten Internship Programme is to foster international and cross cultural understanding through experiential education, practical training and residence abroad and to provide opportunities for personal growth and professional development.
Since 1984, the Mountbatten Internship Programme has provided hundreds of university graduates with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the high-powered business environment of New York City - giving them a chance to expand their horizons, perspectives, and friendships.
Roles Available
We are currently recruiting talented and committed graduates to fill our FINANCE positions starting March 2010. Our Sponsor Companies include multinational giants such as Citi, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan Chase. Roles are varied but range from Junior Business Analyst to Junior Project Management. We also have a range of positions working in hedge funds and accountancy firms.
Alongside a full-time, PAID, corporate work placement, interns enroll on a postgraduate academic course in International Business Practice to compliment their professional, practical experience.
For the duration of the 12-month programme benefits include:
- $1000 monthly living allowance
- Provision of medical insurance
- Provision of apartment accommodation
- Enrollment on academic programme
- Structure and staff support
