Real World Media Pack

Real World Media Pack

Real World is now in its 10th year of helping students prepare for life after university, reaching 1 million graduates across Europe.

Each year over 200 organisations promote their brand and opportunities through Real World to target motivated and informed graduates. Dedicated to providing impartial advice and information that students won’t find anywhere else, it’s no wonder that Real World has become a leading resource for graduates planning their career, and for employers looking to recruit talent.

We offer information on industry sectors, case studies, job opportunities and recruitment advice, providing students with the resources to find the best prospective employer. Meanwhile our magazines are targeted to reach the best and brightest graduates across the UK; we use the RGCC research to go on campus and find them. Our valuable research has given us expertise on diversity in education and the affect of graduate recruitment policies.

realworldmagazine.com now hosts employer video case-studies, and the students database receiving our latest news and recruitment advice has doubled in the last 6 months.

Looking for talent from the UK and Europe?

Editorial Policy

At Real World, we don't just produce a catalogue of current vacancies in the graduate job market. Our mission is to help students fulfil their potential, realise their dreams and head down the right career path. That's why we're the most read careers magazine at the top UK universities.

Students and graduates read us to make more informed career choices, but in addition to sector-specific profiles, we pride ourselves on the quality of our general careers writing. We provide outstanding news and features on careers strategy written by some of the country's top careers journalists and informed by key recruiters and university careers advisors.

Our editorial policy: Real World's readers value the fact that our editorial is written independently. They value us because we are the most forward-thinking and eye-catching magazine in the market. Diversity is key to us and it is a priority that the magazine reflects our wide-ranging readership.

Editorial contributions: your input, press releases and suggestions for the magazine are more than welcome (Note: Real World does not offer copy approval unless explicitly stipulated). Please email the editor with your contributions to dee@realworldmagazine.com.

About the editor: Dee Pilgrim joined Real World in November 2007 after many years working on a variety of women's and music titles including Company, New Woman, Cosmopolitan and BBC Online. She is the author of a dozen career books for teenagers in the Real Life Guides imprint from Trotman Publishing.
