In recent times, the use of IT has become important in most business environments. However, there are various roles that are solely focused in the IT sector, such as consultancy, technicians, designers and web developers. These positions each entail different responsibilities, varying from providing support, to advising clients and developing software.
Furthermore, there are also roles available in marketing, sales and analysis, as employers look for graduates with varied backgrounds. It is not always essential to have a relevant degree, as often the industry employers prefer experience and IT ability over qualifications.
