At Nestlé, we're not shy of telling people that we're looking for the leaders of the future, grads who can think on their feet and impress left, right and centre as they take our business further than ever before. But whether you aim to become one of those leaders or not, you can rely on the fact that our Production and Technical environments are places where you'll achieve great things faster than you ever thought possible.
Our graduate openings within the Quality Assurance Department are designed to take high calibre candidates and develop them for future leadership roles in the business. Your first year in the role will give you a broad understanding of quality management in our business, how we operate and our standards. Thereafter you will be expected to have gained the skills and knowledge to move into a factory-based role in one of our quality teams in locations across the UK. You will be working in the central quality function in a small team of internal consultants, offering advice and practical support to the UK factories and other Head Office functions. You will be working across a wide range of tasks with the aim of ensuring that our products are safe to eat, fulfil the high quality expectations of our consumers and comply with all relevant legislation. You must be graduating with a science based or food technology degree and if you have any relevant work experience, possibly in another food or consumer goods business, that will help you settle in quicker. You will have the personal drive to develop improved standards through a culture of continuous improvement and you will be able to demonstrate people and communication skills. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and must be willing to work away from home due to the travel requirements of this role. |
