Corus Training and Development:

Corus has the size and diversity to help tailor your career by providing real life projects from the outset and challenges that will be interesting, dynamic and relevant to your function. All candidates entering our Graduate Scheme will receive on the job and formal training as well as regular appraisals with managers to assess individual performance. Our structured training will ensure you learn about products, Corus as a whole and the function in which you are based through rotational placements alongside normal ongoing career progression.

However, the training will not stop there. Corus is committed to Professional Accreditation/Chartership for every graduate, providing a professional mentor and training that is accredited by professional bodies (e.g. IMechE, IET, ICE, IoM³, CIPD, CIMA etc).

The Corus Package:

The starting package includes competitive salary with bonus, £1500 interest free graduate loan, pension scheme membership, 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) and our renowned Training and Development programme.
