Corus Training and Development:

All candidates entering our Graduate Scheme will receive on the job and formal training as well as regular appraisals with managers to assess individual performance. Our structured training will ensure you learn about products, Corus as a whole and the function in which you are based through rotational placements alongside normal ongoing career progression.

However, the training will not stop there. Corus is committed to Professional Accreditation/Chartership for every graduate, providing a professional mentor and training that is accredited by professional bodies (e.g. IMechE, IET, ICE, IoM³, CIPD, CIMA etc).
